PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which suppresses a decrease of a light volume and can highly precisely detect spectral information without using a specific active device.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 100 includes: an imaging element 13; a region dividing filter 12; and an image processing section 14 for processing an output signal of the imaging element. In the region dividing filter, two or more regions causing a luminance difference between adjacent unit pixels are arranged in a prescribed pattern, and the filter includes first reference data and second reference data, which extract a first specific wavelength component and a second specific wavelength component when light is made incident on the imaging element, which are generated from a first output signal that each imaging element outputs to a first specific wavelength, and a second output signal that each imaging element outputs to a second specific wavelength. The image processing section 14 applies the first reference data and the second reference data to the output signals of the unit pixels and generates the specific wavelength component of the light. |
