PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of performing laser irradiation to the same sample, neutron irradiation thereto and detection, and X-ray irradiation thereto and detection simultaneously or alternately.SOLUTION: A neutron-X-ray-laser merging measurement apparatus comprises: a sample support; a neutron guide tube and a neutron source for emitting neutron; a neutron detector for detecting diffracted neutron ; an X-ray guide tube and an X-ray generator for emitting an X-ray; an X-ray detector for detecting an x-ray transmitting through a test object; a laser source and a laser waveguide tube; and an X-ray light source moving arm which moves the X-ray generator, the X-ray guide tube and the X-ray detector forward into a sphere in detection of the X-ray, and moves the X-ray generator, the X-ray guide tube and the X-ray detector backward away from the sphere in non-detection of the X-ray, and an X-ray detector moving arm which moves the X-ray detector along an optical axis of the X-ray. The neutron source and the X-ray generator are relatively positioned so that a virtual straight line connecting the center of the sphere and the X-ray generator forms an angle of 0 to 30 degrees for a virtual straight line connecting the center of the sphere and the neutron source. |
