<p>A venting plug (1, 101), particularly for electrolytic cells of electric batteries and the like, comprising a main body (2) adapted to be inserted in an opening (4, 104) between a volume (22), in which at least one gas can be generated, and an external environment. The main body (2) has a first axially extended portion (2a, 103) provided with a first radial gasket (9) around it which is coaxial to the longitudinal axis (11) of the first portion (2a, 103). The first radial gasket (9) has a transverse cross-section with a lip-like profile along at least one arc of the circumference of the first radial gasket (9). Moreover, the venting plug comprises a second radial gasket (10) around the first portion (2a, 103) coaxially to the longitudinal axis (11) in a position comprised axially between the first radial gasket (9) and a second portion (2b, 102) of the plug (1, 101) intended to interface with the external environment. The second radial gasket (10) has a thickness which is substantially constant or in any case capable of preventing the venting of the gas toward the external environment.</p> |
