PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core fitting device and a core fitting method capable of easily removing a core from a valve element with the core fitted in a drilled hole, and also having the high degree of freedom in work required for fitting.SOLUTION: A core fitting device 10 includes: a case 2 communicating with a drilled hole Q drilled in a fluid pipe 1 and coating a periphery of the fluid pipe 1 in a sealing manner; a substantially cylindrical core 40 fitted in the drilled core Q; and a valve element 5 moved forward and backward through the core 40 in the case 2 and opening and closing the inside of the fluid pipe 1. A mounting portion for mounting the core 40 to the valve element 5 is provided at a tip of the valve element 5. The core 40 is fitted in the drilled hole Q by the forward movement of the valve element 5 and also removed from the valve element 5 by the forward or backward movement of the valve element 5 while keeping a fitted state. |
