<p>Disclosed is a switch method for cells in a heterogeneous network, comprising: a base station setting and executing a cell identity (ID) conflict strategy; the base station determining a load rate selection interval with balanced load by using a heterogeneous network node load rate comparator; determining that a cell ID conflict exists in the heterogeneous network by using a cell ID conflict selector, and executing the cell ID conflict strategy; the base station determining a preferred group of network nodes serving a UE according to a threshold value of a signal to interference noise ratio (SINR); and a switch activation and validation device of the base station performing cell switch on the UE according to cell information fed back by the UE, the preferred group, and the load rate selection interval. Also disclosed is a switch device for cells in a heterogeneous network. By means of the solutions of the present invention, a cell ID conflict can be avoided, network load balance is improved, and system overhead brought by cell switch is reduced.</p> |
