<p>An aluminum fin material provided with, in this order, a corrosion-resistant film layer and a hydrophilic film layer on the surface of an aluminum (alloy) plate, is characterized in that: the corrosion-resistant film layer comprises a resin composition containing at least one type of corrosion-resistant resin, and at least one type of cross-linking agent, and having a solid-content ratio of the cross-linking agent of 0.2% or more; and the hydrophilic film layer comprises a resin composition containing a polymer configured from a monomer having a carboxyl group, a copolymer containing a monomer having a carboxyl group, or a mixture thereof.</p> |
