The electrical power-takeoff system comprises a crankshaft (6), an upstream power-takeoff clutch (70), and a multi-phase electric motor (78) mounted in an internal combustion engine (4). The power-takeoff is disconnected in the open position of the crankshaft. The multi-phase electric motor is fixedly connected to the commercial vehicle (1) such that the motor rotates along with the crankshaft. A hydraulic pump (P) is arranged to drive a solenoid valve (V2). The hydraulic pump circulates without pressure. The electric motor drives the hydraulic pump.
