<p>Disclosed are a cell configuration method and a method, user equipment, and base station for implementing synchronization between the user equipment and the base station. The cell configuration method comprises: a first base station corresponding to a first cell determining system information of a second cell; and, the first base station notifying the system information to a second base station corresponding to a second cell, thus allowing the second base station to transmit and receive signals on the basis of the system information. By using the solution provided in embodiments of the present invention, the system information of the cell can be dynamically or semi-statically adjusted on the basis of user equipment distribution and service distribution, thus allowing improved provision of network resources to the user equipment with need, and increasing capability to serve the user equipment, while at the same time, requirements for network planning are reduced, thus further simplifying establishment of a wireless communication network, and increasing regulating capability of the network.</p> |
