<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication quality information collection system reducing communication loads and processing loads. <P>SOLUTION: The communication quality information collection system 700 includes: a plurality of mobile station devices; a plurality of communication parts; and a base station device with at least one of the communication parts. The communication parts are constituted so that radio communication is possible with the mobile station devices located in cells associated with the communication parts. The mobile station devices obtain communication quality information showing quality of communication with the communication parts based on a signal for quality measurement when the signal for quality measurement is received from the communication parts (701). The system 700 receives cell specification information for specifying a plurality of cells from external devices (702).
