PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven valve with a reduced number of part items, easily assembled, and capable of maintaining a large valve aperture even compactified. SOLUTION: This motor-driven valve 1 equipped with a valve stem 10 rotated in accompaniment to rotation of a rotor 7 of an electric motor, and screwed with a valve stem holder 11 fixed to a valve body 5, and a valve element 12 contacting and separated with/from a valve seat 4 in the valve body 5, by rotating the valve stem 10, includes a fully closable upper stopper part 9a rotated in accompaniment to the rotation of the rotor 7 of then electric motor, a fully openable lower stopper part 17, and a fully openable upper stopper part 11f for regulating valve-opening-directional rotation of the valve stem 10, by abutting on the fully openable lower stopper part 17, when opening fully the motor-driven valve 1, and a fully closable lower stopper part 11d for regulating valve-closing-directional rotation of the valve stem 10, by abutting on the fully closable upper stopper part 9a, when closing fully the motor-driven valve 1, in the valve stem holder 11.
