The apparatus (1) has a flexible strip (13) on which outer side of workpiece is supported and moved on working plane (3). The working plane is extended transversely between the interior sheet template (11) and pressing device (5). The pressing device includes two opposite pressure heads (15,16) for pressing flexible strip against the interior sheet template. The pressing heads are arranged at arc spreading spacing in original position, and are moved against the interior sheet template to press the outer region of strip in transformation position.
