The frame profile (11) has a profile surface which is intended to form rebate peripheral surface (11b) enclosing insulating glazing (13). The profile portion is provided for formation of insulating glazing of rebate spreading surface. The profile surface is formed transverse to the extension profile. The rising bars (11c) are arranged on profile surface along extension profile. The raising bars are made up of elastomer. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) wing of window or door; and (2) method for manufacture of wing of window or door.
