The utility model relates to a baby sling with a hip pad. Backrest height of the baby sling can be adjusted according to size of a body. Wearers can select a double rope separation shoulder belt or a single rope separation shoulder belt to wear, therefore, the baby sling is convenient to wear and prevents the head of the baby from being thrown back.
