PURPOSE: A control system for vehicles used in a crime is provided to transmit the information of a vehicle used in a crime to a user terminal in real-time and to dispatch competent officers possessing the user terminal to the field rapidly, thereby preventing another crime within a short period of time and arresting the criminal. CONSTITUTION: A local server (110) photographs vehicles to collect and store information about each vehicle. A main server (160) is connected to the local server and an all-points bulletin (APB) server. The main server stores the information of a vehicle received from the local server. The main server compares the received information of the vehicle with the information of the vehicle used in a crime which is obtained through the APB server. If the compared information matches, the main server transmits notification information to the registered user terminals (200).
