PURPOSE: A polyester resin composition is provided to have excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, transparency and have low carbon generated using a component extracted from a biomass. CONSTITUTION: A polyester resin composition obtained comprises a furan-based dicarboxylic acid compound, a diol-based compound extracted from an aromatic compound, and a diol-based compound extracted from a biomass using an ester linking units. A manufacturing method of the polyester resin composition comprises a furan-based dicarboxylic compound, an aromatic compound, and a diol-based compound in a reactor(S101); a step of conducting esterification by adding a catalyst to the mixture(S103); and a step of polycondensating the result(S105).
