A method for manufacturing the color filter of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to simplify the manufacturing process by omitting a process of plasticizing at least one of green and red color layers, thereby reducing production cost and facilitating mass production. A method for manufacturing the color filter of an LCD device comprises the following steps of: coating and patterning a first color of a photoresist substance with the strongest resistance to a developer(S3~S5); coating and patterning a second color of a photoresist substance with medium resistance to the developer(S6~S9); and coating and patterning a third color of a photoresist substance with the weakest resistance to the developer(S10~S13). |
