PURPOSE: An anonymous report system using a quick response (QR) code and an execution method thereof are provided to eliminate disadvantages by reinforcing the anonymity of an informant by using a QR code based anonymous report system management server. CONSTITUTION: A QR code recognition program is embedded in an application unit of a portable terminal (100) for a QR code and recognizes the QR code including the location information of an informant and information separating specific agencies corresponding to the location information. A QR code based anonymous report system management server (200) classifies the specific agencies based on the QR code information provided from the portable terminal and provides the corresponding search content lists to the informant terminal for the QR code. When report content is inputted from the portable terminal for the QR code, the management server does not store the identification information of the informant and the portable terminal. A member client (300) is divided into the specific agencies corresponding to the location information.
