PURPOSE: An electrical steel sheet with directivity of which the insulation film has an excellent adhesion property and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture an electrical steel sheet with directivity which has an excellent magnetic property by improving a core loss property and high film tension. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrical steel sheet with directivity of which the insulation film has an excellent adhesion property comprises: a step of providing an electrical steel sheet with directivity from which a forsterite film is removed; a step of coating the surface of the electrical steel sheet with directivity with a metal alkoxide compound and metal phosphate; and a step of heating the coated electrical steel sheet with directivity.
