PURPOSE: A composition for manufacturing a polyester resin is provided to be non-toxic and environmental friendly by using an environmental friendly catalyst, and to improve reaction rate by having high inherent viscosity, thereby minimizing the generation of acetaldehyde. CONSTITUTION: A composition for manufacturing polyester resin is a composition of which the molar ratio of a diol compound to the dicarboxylic compound is 1.05-1.4. The composition comprises 5-50ppm of a phosphorous compound, 10-40ppm of a cobalt compound, 0.2-20ppm of a coloring improver, and 5-25/3-30ppm of a titanium-germanium composite compound(based on Ti/Ge atom). The composition for manufacturing polyester resin additionally includes 10-550ppm of a branching agent. |
