PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of organic fertilizer using excreta is provided to add probiotics using organic acid in the stirring and fermentation processes of the excreta, thereby preventing environmental contamination with the degradation of odor and deodorizing treatment. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of organic fertilizer using excreta is as follows. The excreta is stirred and crushed in the excreta storage tank (S1). An offensive odor is reduced by adding probiotics using organic acid into the excreta in the excreta storage tank (S1-1). The crushed excreta is pulverized while mixed with supplementary materials (S2). The excreta mixture is heated by a heat exchanger (S3). The heated excreta mixture is fermented while stirring in the fermentation tank (S4). The offensive odor is reduced by adding probiotics using organic acid into the excreta mixture in the fermentation tank (S4-1). The moisture content of the fermented excreta mixture is controlled (S5). The excreta mixture in which the moisture content is controlled is formed as solid fertilizer (S6).
