PURPOSE: A device for processing the surface of equipment components by using the fluidity of particles and a method for processing the surface using the same are provided to protect users and to improve the marketability by processing the surface roughness of molded products, and processed products of the equipment components by using the fluidity of the particles. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing the surface of equipment components by using the fluidity of particles comprises the following steps: containing a processing material (100) comprising particles in a container; conducting heat of 500-600 °C into the processing material; fluidifying the heated processing material; providing high pressure air to the processing material by using an air spraying nozzle; changing the transfer direction of the processing material along the spraying direction of the air spraying nozzle; processing the surface of objects by the processing material transferring in an air spraying direction; separating mixing gas generated in a process processing the surface of the objects; and purifying toxic gas of the separated mixing gas. |
