<p>PURPOSE: A fusion protein which activates receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) signal transduction by light is provided to specifically and reversibly regulate RTK signal transduction in animal or plant cells. CONSTITUTION: A fusion protein is prepared by deleting RTK protein or RTK ligand binding site or by linking a light-induced dimerization protein at C-terminal of an RTK variant to prevent a ligand from being conjugated. The light-induced dimerization protein includes a light-induced heterodimerization protein or a light-induced homodimerization protein. A polynucleotide encodes the fusion protein. A vector contains the polynucleotide.
