PURPOSE: A coating method of a substrate for a lithium secondary battery is provided to reduce costs by not needing a slurry-drying step after coating and to improve storage and maintenance convenience. CONSTITUTION: A coating method of a substrate for a lithium secondary battery using inorganic particles includes a step of forming charged inorganic particles (S10); a step of transcribing the charged inorganic particle on the substrate to form a coating layer (S30); and a step of immobilizing the coating layer with heat and pressure (S30). The inorganic particle additionally includes a surface-refined layer formed on the surface of the inorganic particle. The average particle diameter of the inorganic particle is 0.001-100 micron. The thickness of the coating layer is 1-250 micron.
