PURPOSE: An SNS-based trade brokering system and a method thereof can link an SNS user intending to do a certain action and another SNS intending to respond to the action. Based on SNS account's various information, the system can establish an SNS profit-making model which can draw the account user's interest. CONSTITUTION: A data storage unit has a set of conditions required to detect those SNS users having an intention to do a certain action of an SNS service (S11). Based on the conditions, a control unit detects SNS users' intention to do certain action of an SNS service (S12) and transmits necessary information to the informative devices of those users intending to do a certain action and respond to the action (S13).
