<p>PURPOSE: An LED lighting control method capable of setting the brightness of output maintains the accurate brightness a user want by checking a brightness level with the naked eye for setting. CONSTITUTION: An output brightness setting control part (100) controls an LED to be outputted at the maximum brightness by an LED control part (200) when a power on signal is transmitted for lighting the LED. The output brightness setting control part determines whether a power on signal and a power off signal are successively transmitted within a certain period when the LED is outputted at the maximum brightness. The output brightness setting control part recognizes the power on signal and the power off signal as an initialization setting signal when the power on signal and the power off signal are successively transmitted. The LED control part increases the brightness of the LED stage by stage and outputs the light from the minimum to the maximum. The control part recognizes the power off signal as an output brightness setting signal by determining whether or not the power off signal is transmitted from the control part when the power off signal is transmitted while the LED is outputted. A brightness level at the time when the power off signal is transmitted is set as the output brightness of the LED.
