PURPOSE: A semi-solid cosmetic composition of a loose type is provided to show excellent molding property, applicability, color expression, gloss, and hardness because the cosmetic composition contains high content pearl powder and an oil binder. CONSTITUTION: A semi-solid cosmetic composition of a loose type contains 50-79.99 wt% of a pearl powder phase containing mica/titanated mica/iron oxide, 20-40 wt% of an oil binder phase, and 0.01-5 wt% of an additive. The pear powder phase additionally contains one or more pearl powder ingredients selected among magnesium myristate, calcium aluminum borosilicate, titanated mica, mica/titanated, and mica/iron oxide. The cosmetic composition is a cosmetic material selected among a foundation, an eyebrow, eyeshadow, a blusher, a highlighter, and a concealer. |
