A method for manufacturing recycled chemical and a facility thereof are provided to reduce a fabricating cost and reduce environmental pollution by extracting various organics included in waste water and using the extracted organics. Waste solution is extracted from at least one a thin film treatment device and is stored(S100). The waste solution is heated(S200), and raw recycled chemical material is extracted from the waste solution by heating the pre-heat waste solution at different temperatures(S300). The extracted raw recycled chemical materials are classified and stored(S350). Recycled chemical is manufactured by mixing the recycled raw chemical materials(S400). |
