PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray irradiation source, capable of stably fixing an X-ray tube in a housing, without complicating a device structure.SOLUTION: In an X-ray irradiation source 2, an X-ray tube 21 is fixed to a housing 31 in a state that a lid 31c is coupled with a main body 35 by a screw 65 to be pressed to the internal surface of a wall 31a by a first circuit board 32. As such, by sandwiching the X-ray tube 21 with the first circuit board 32 and the wall 31a, it is possible to stably fix the X-ray tube 21 in the housing 31. Further, in the X-ray irradiation source 2, the first circuit board 32 itself assembled in the housing 31 is used to press the X-ray tube 21. Therefore, a new member to press the X-ray tube 21 is not necessary, and thus, it is possible to avoid complication of a device structure. |
