The loop storage tray (150) defines a round-about pathway (161) for storing excess length of optical fibers (200) and a pathway for a looped section 220 of the optical fibers (200). Certain types of storage trays (150) are pivotally coupled to the enclosure assembly (100) about a storage pivot axis (PI) that is not parallel to pivot axes (PS) of the splice trays (140).
