<p>A securing arrangement for transport vehicles, including a structure (20) for connection to a deck (10) on which an object (11) can be loaded for transport. The connection is a pivotable connection between an open position where objects can be loaded onto the deck (10), and a closed position. In the closed position, the structure (20) extend from the pivotable connection to overlie one or more of the objects (11) and the structure supports at least once strap (21). The arrangement is such that in the closed position of the structure (20), the structure (20) is spaced from the one or more objects (11) and the strap (21) bears under tension against surface of the objects (11), to exert a securing load on the objects (11) tending to secure the objects (11) to the deck (10).</p> |
