PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the change in the shape of a fungus.SOLUTION: This method for controlling the change in the shape of a fungus is characterized by using a fungus as a culture target microorganism and culturing the fungus in a culture medium containing an electron mediator to which the fungus has resistance and which has both forms of oxidation and reduction types, while electrochemically oxidizing or reducing the electron mediator.
