PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver, a reception method, and a reception program capable of quickly receiving data superimposed on a broadcast signal.SOLUTION: A radio receiver 20 capable of receiving RDS broadcast comprises: reception means for receiving a broadcast signal; a data block identification unit 210 for identifying received RDS data; a TMC data extraction unit 220 for extracting TMC data from the identified data; reception determination unit 250 which determines whether the TMC data is received normally, on the basis of determination conditions corresponding to the transmission standard of the TMC data; storage means for storing a deviation processing table 280 which regulates a relation between a deviation content deviated from the transmission regulation and a deviation determination condition corresponding to the deviation content; a determination condition retrieval unit 270 which retrieves a deviation determination condition from the deviation processing table 280; and change means which changes the determination condition to the retrieved deviation determination condition. The reception determination unit 250 is capable of re-determining whether the TMC data is normally received or not, on the basis of the deviation determination condition. |
