PURPOSE: An inspection device of railway vehicles or railroads using a multimedia part, and an inspection method using the same are provided to recognize malfunctions of the railway vehicles or railroads by using image or voice information in an inspection process and to prevent safety accidents in advance. CONSTITUTION: An inspection device of railway vehicles or railroads using a multimedia part comprises a multimedia part(130), a communication part(140), and a monitoring part(150). The multimedia part records images or voices on inspected railway vehicles or railroads in real time. The communication part transmits information on the images or voices inputted from the multimedia part to the monitoring part by wire or wirelessly. The monitoring part outputs the images or voices transmitted from the communication part to allow administrators to determine a malfunction of the railway vehicles or railroads. |
