摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a thin plate-like molded article with high yield.SOLUTION: A plate-like molded article 1 is formed by injecting a material to a rectangular parallelepiped cavity 5 in a mold from a gate 5 directly connected to the cavity 6. The gate 6 has a volume larger than the volume of the cavity 5, and has a cross sectional area gradually decreasing part 11 in which the area in a cross section intersecting the injection direction of the material is continuously decreased as approaching the cavity 5. The cross sectional area gradually decreasing part 11 is directly connected to the cavity 5.
