PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect electric leakage in an output path of a high-voltage inverter device with accuracy.SOLUTION: In a high-voltage inverter 5 switching an input voltage Vin to intermittently flow an excitation current in an excitation coil NP of a transformer 10 and to supply an AC high voltage induced to an output coil NS to a load via output lines 11 and 12, a G-point of the output line 12 is connected to a frame ground GND, and a first coil N1 and a second coil N2 that have the same winding number and have winding directions reverse to each other, of a transformer 30 for electric leakage detection, are interposed in series to output lines of a current outflow side from the G-point and a current inflow side to the G-point, respectively. A voltage Vd outputted from an amplification coil N20 of the transformer 30 for electric leakage detection at electric leakage generation is compared with a comparison voltage Vref by a comparison circuit 33. When Vd>Vref, a leakage detection signal Sd is outputted and inputted to a control circuit 20 to stop generation of a switching pulse Sp and to completely stop a switching operation of a switching element Qsw. |
