PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the convenience degradation of a user left inside an elevator car by preventing careless light-off of an elevator car ceiling lighting device.SOLUTION: An elevator apparatus includes: an elevator car; an operating panel inside the elevator car which is installed in the elevator car and houses switches including at least a turn-off switch; an elevator car ceiling lighting device which turns on/off by interlocking with the turn-off switch; and a control part for detecting a car call of the elevator car to control an elevator. When the car calls of the elevator car are registered in at least two portions on the operating panel inside the elevator car, and the turn-off switch is operated, the control part disables the operation of the turn-off switch. |
