PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable capacity gear pump which increases or decreases discharge capacity during operation in a simple structure.SOLUTION: A variable capacity gear pump 1 includes: a gear pair 5 of a driving gear 6 and a driven gear 8 which are accommodated in a gear chamber 10 formed in a housing 3, and circumscribed and engaged with each other; an eccentric shaft 9 which presses in-taken fluid in the gear chamber 10 and discharges it, and has a rotation support shaft portion 22 supported by the housing 3 so as to be rotatable and a driven gear support portion 21 which has eccentricity to the rotation support shaft portion 22 and supports the driven gear 8 so as to be rotatable; and an eccentric shaft rotation means which is connected to the rotation support shaft portion 22 and rotates the eccentric shaft 9. |
