PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for suspension mainly used for a hard disk drive, with installation of a magnetic head slider for reading and writing data to a disk for storing data, capable of reducing differential impedance, suppressing transmission loss of a high frequency electric signal and improving physical strength thereof.SOLUTION: With regard to cables arranged on an opening provided in a metal support substrate, a width of a cable arranged at a center of the opening is formed wider than a width of a cable arranged closest to an end side of the opening. |
