PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding shaping device and a winding shaping method which allow for reduction of winding shaping cost by decreasing the number of steps.SOLUTION: In a winding shaping device 80, crank shaping for shaping a level difference in a lead side planned coil end part 42 in the Z axis direction, by bringing a lead side concave 82 and convex 86 close to each other in the Y axis direction, thereby bringing the lead side planned coil end part 42 close to the lead side concave 82 while abutting against tapered surfaces 114A, 114B, and convex shaping for shaping the lead side planned coil end part 42 in convex shape in the Y axis direction, are performed. |
