PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide structure of a building capable of guiding natural light into a building space without restraining a degree of design freedom and yet at reasonable cost.SOLUTION: Light ducts 5a, 5b are horizontally arranged on a back space 6 of a ceiling 3 as the light guide structure 1 for a building, one end of each light duct 5a, 5b is connected with a rectangular introduction opening 8a, 8b arranged on an outer wall 12 of the building 2, and the other end is connected with an opening 10a, 10b for lighting formed on the ceiling 3. Light-transmitting plate materials 9a, 9b mounted on the introduction openings 8a, 8b are assembled bodies wherein a plurality of triangular prism portions 31 corresponding to sawteeth as a cross section are arranged in parallel, and are to change advancing directions of light before and after the light transmits the light-transmitting plate materials. When mounting the light-transmitting plate materials, they are mounted on the introduction openings 9a, 9b so as to make an angle of the light against the horizontal plane smaller after transmission of the light than before transmission of the light. |
