PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder conveyance member having electrodes with a highly compact plating layer.SOLUTION: A powder conveyance member 1 includes a plurality of linear electrodes 10 arranged away from each other. The electrode 10 is used for generating an electric field 141 for hopping charged particles on a member surface, and includes a plating base layer 100 formed of a polymer material and a plating layer 101 laminated on a surface of the plating base layer 100 and formed of electroless plating. The polymer material forming the plating base layer 100 contains an ion exchange resin having an ion exchange group capable of adsorbing metal ions of a metal configuring the electroless plating or an ion exchange group capable of adsorbing metal ions of a metal indicating catalytic activity when forming the electroless plating. The plating layer 101 is composed of the metal ion adsorbed by the ion exchange group of the ion exchange resin present on the surface of the plating base layer 100 that is reduced and grown by plating with the generated metal as a nucleus.
