PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor the capacitance of which can be raised.SOLUTION: In a capacitor including a dielectric film 1, and an electrode layer 3 formed on both sides of the dielectric film 1, the dielectric film 1 contains, in a resin 5, 30-70 vol% of inorganic particles 7 having an average grain size of 30-40 nm and a dielectric constant higher than that of the resin 5, and has a three-dimensional matrix structure where the inorganic particles 7 are bonded via necks 7a. Consequently, the dielectric constant of the dielectric film is enhanced, and a capacitor of high capacitance can be obtained. |
