PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct axial interference between a driven body and a position sensor.SOLUTION: A lens position controller 20 comprises: an actuator 21 configured to displace actual coordinates P(X, Y) of a lens 10 on an xy coordinate plane determined by an x axis and a y axis; a position sensor 22 configured to acquire detected coordinates P'(X', Y') of the lens 10 on an x'y' coordinate plane determined by an x' axis and a y' axis; a servo arithmetic section 23 configured to control the actuator 21 so as to match the detected coordinates P" and target coordinates Pt; and a detected coordinate adjustment section 24 configured to adjust (P'(X', Y')→P"(X", Y")) the detected coordinates P' so that at least the actual coordinates P and the detected coordinates P" are equal in the ratio of the coordinate values before the servo arithmetic section 23. |
