PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cluster tree network which can lighten the processing load needed for network reconfiguration.SOLUTION: A network management server 110 comprises: a node management table storage unit which stores therein the own addresses of a plurality of nodes and also stores therein alternate addresses of substituted source nodes B1 and C4; a transmission address generation unit which generates a transmission address "1:1:1:1:1:1:2:1:1:1:2:1:1:0:0:0" including alternate address information "1:1:1:1:1:1:2" and "1:1:1:2" of the substituted source nodes B1 and C4 by way of which routed from the network management server 110 to a destination node C6 and destination address information "1:1:0" needed for transferring transmission data from the substituted source node C4 to the destination node C6; and a transmission unit which transmits transmission data including the transmission address.
