PURPOSE: A manless safety inspection system using the self-diagnosis intelligent generator and a manless safety inspection method using the same are provided to determine whether an emergency power supply system operates works normally itself, thereby preventing the failure of the emergency power supply system in advance. CONSTITUTION: A generator control panel (30) comprises a controller (31), a measuring instrument (32), and an outputter (33), and an alarm (34). The controller comprises a micro controller unit (MCU) including an input and output unit. The measuring instrument measures specified matters such as an output voltage, an output current, frequency, a coolant temperature, and a lubricant pressure of an emergency generator (20). The outputter outputs measured values of the measuring instrument. The alarm generates alarm sounds according to the signal output of the controller.
