PURPOSE: A gas turbine burner basket inspection apparatus is provided to accurately inspect the dimensions and the shape tolerance of a basket, thereby improving the recycling tune-up quality of the basket and extending the lifetime for the gas turbine combustor. CONSTITUTION: A gas turbine burner basket inspection apparatus comprises a base frame(10), a rotating unit(20), a flame injection device inspection unit(30), a flame spreading pipe inspection unit(40), a flame ignition device and flame detecting device inspection unit(50) and a basket alignment inspection unit(60). The flame injection device inspection unit is installed on the center of the rotating unit to inspect the flame injection device. The flame spreading pipe inspection unit is erected on the upper surface on one side of the rotating unit to inspect the flame spreading pipe. The flame ignition device and flame detecting device inspection unit is erected on the upper surface on one side of a rotating circular plate to inspect the flame detecting device. The basket alignment inspection unit is erected on the center of the flame spreading inspection unit to inspect the alignment of the body center of the combustor basket. |
