PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for managing a storage battery which can be connected to a power generation device of renewable energy.SOLUTION: A first acquisition section 42 acquires voltage of a storage battery connected to a power generation device of renewable energy. A second acquisition section 43 acquires a value of power of the storage battery. A management section 46 cuts connection between the power generation device and the storage battery if the amount of accumulated energy which the first acquisition section 42 obtains is larger than a first threshold value and a value of the power obtained by the second acquisition section 43 is smaller than a second threshold value.
