摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate sintering device which makes a crack due to thermal stresses be generated at any position and exhibits high workability, as well as a laminate manufacturing method and an all solid state secondary battery manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A sintering device 1 for a laminate 4 comprises a placement block 3 on a top face of which the laminate 4 is placed, a pressurization body 2 provided with a pressurization face facing the top face and sandwiching the laminate 4, pressurization means for applying pressure to the laminate 4, and heating means for applying heat to the laminate 4. The pressurization face includes a first thermal expansion portion 21 having a first coefficient of thermal expansion and a second thermal expansion portion 22 having a second coefficient of thermal expansion smaller than the first coefficient of thermal expansion.
