<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide bearing which prevents a foreign substance from intruding between the sliding face of the slide bearing and a shaft surface, and prevents formation of a retaining portion of a foreign substance in the passage portion of an oil hole opening on the surface of a crankshaft. <P>SOLUTION: The main bearing and connecting rod bearing each comprises a pair of semicircular bearings. On the inner circumference face of at least one of the semicircular bearings, a lubricating oil groove is formed in a circumferential direction, from one end face butting against the counter semicircular bearing, the one end in the circumferential direction of a rear end side with respect to the rotation direction of the crankshaft, toward the center in the circumferential direction of the bearing. At a circumferential end on the inner circumference face of the counter semicircular bearing which is butted against the circumferential end where the lubricating oil groove is formed, two branched grooves communicating with the lubricating oil groove are formed in the circumferential direction. The two branched grooves are disposed as spaced in a width direction, and an intermediate region between the two branched grooves is made to butt against the above lubricating oil groove. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
