PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mold and molding process capable of molding a blow molded article neither generating right and left burrs in a mounting state on a blow molding machine nor causing an extreme thin wall.SOLUTION: A split mold having slide pieces 10, 11 for blow molding and composed by including right and left located parts in a parting line 20 of split mold 2 when mounted on the blow molding machine is brought into a state where the two sets of slide pieces opposing when opening a mold are protruded and contacted, thereafter a parison is suspended inside the two sets of slide pieces, then the mold is clamped out while maintaining the two slide pieces in the contacted state, and compressed air is blown into the parison to give a required shape. |
